Our story

The Chop Shop Deer Cutting started in 2007 in a small room in a barn in Bovina, NY with only getting in 12 deer that first year. Since then we have grown into a business that now has its own building in Delhi, added several product options to go along with your deer cut, and has cut over a thousand of deer since then.
